Instructions:
1. Tear the paper napkin motif out and use only the top napkin layer. Adere the napkin to the bag and let it dry completely. >>> Paper Napkin Applique Tutorial. You can also adhere the napkin using fusible web >>> Paper Napkin Applique Using Fusible Web. The advantage of this technique is that you do not have to wait for the napkin to dry and also there are less wrinkles in the motif.
2. Add 3D glaze to the details.
3. Sprinkle glitter onto the wet glaze and tap off the excess glitter. Let it dry.
4. Once dry, place a candle inside of a glass (for safety reasons) and place glass inside of bag.
