Die cut a tag. 2. Emboss a piece of silver metallic cardstock with snowflake motifs and then adhere it to the tag and cut the excess paper around the tag away. 3. Now adhere a piece of fiber paper using stick glue over the bottom left of the tag and trim excess away. 4. Die cut a scallop and circle. Adhere the circle to the scallop using 3-D foam tape. Die cut a snowflake and then glue it to the center of the circle. 5. Now adhere the snowflake/ circle / scallop embellishment to the tag. 8. Punch a hole in the top center of the tag. Set an eyelet through the hole and then tie a ribbon through the hole for hanging.
