Nostalgic Father Christmas Gift Tag

Give your Christmas packages or gifts a special touch with handmade tags. This tag is created within minutes and is fun to create with all of the small embellishments. If you do not have all of the necessary supplies, improvise and use what you may already have and give your tag an individual look.

For this project you will need:

- white and gold cardstock
- image or sticker of ”Old World” Father Christmas
- gold star stickers
- white fiber paper
- hole puncher
- gold eyelet and eyelet tool
- stick glue
- decorative edged scissors
- gold ribbon
- tag template

Craft Template: Tag Template

Instructions:

1. Trace a tag shape onto white cardstock. Then trace the same shape onto gold cardstock and trim the sides off about 1 cm from the width. Glue the gold tag shape then onto the white one.
2. Tear a piece of fiber paper and glue it onto the tag where you like.
3. Adhere your “Old World” Father Christmas onto the tag.
4. Adhere gold stars randomly onto the tag.
5. Punch a hole at the top of the tag and insert the eyelet using the eyelet tool. Then pull a piece of ribbon through for hanging.
