Instructions: (Use picture as placement example)
1. 1. Prepare your motif following the instructions of this tutorial >>> Paper Napkin Applique with Fusible Web
2. Cut the motif exactly out and place 3-D foam tape on the backside and lay aside for a moment.
3. Cut a strip of white cardstock to look like hills and adhere this piece to the bottom third of the card.
4. Adhere the snowmen motif to the card.
5. Print out message, stamp message or apply a message sticker to white cardstock. Trim to a small size. Glue this piece on a piece of navy blue cardstock and cut out with a small even border.
6. Place 3-D foam tape on the backside of the message and adhere to the card.
7. Apply random dots of dimensional to the card.
