You can easily create this using felting wool and a shamrock and heart cookie cutters.   For this project you will need: - red and green felting wool - cookie cutter in the shape of a shamrock and a very small heart cookie cutter - assorted sized felting needles - foam mat to protect working surface - lapel pin - red embroidery floss - embroidery needle     Instructions: 1. Follow this Needle Felting Tutorial to create the shamrock and a separate heart. 2. Once you have finished both pieces, stitch the heart onto the shamrock using red embroidery floss. 3.
