Print out the patterns to your choice of size and create permanent templates. See here  How to create permanent templates 2. Trace the templates on the appropriate colored felt and cut out. 3. Hold the top piece of the tulip on the base piece and stitch first a decorative outline around the top piece using a zig-zag stitch. Then continue stitching around the remaining of the tulip. 4. Stitch around the leaf piece of the tulip. 5. Paint the skewer green and let it dry. 6. Use hot glue to attach the tulip and leaf onto the skewer.
