Instructions:
Follow this Needle Felting Tutorial to create this adorable sheep. Fill in the areas with the appropriately colored woll.
Once you have created the sheep and it is firm, needle felt the eye on it.
Figure out where the center of the sheep is and attach a string for hanging.
