With just a simple styrofoam egg and mosaic tiles, you can create this colorful and unique Easter egg. EIf you want to get the kids involved, let them help out by gluing tiles onto the egg.
For this project you will need:
- glass mosaic tiles in colors of choice - styrofoam Easter egg measuring about 10 centimeters - jewel glue - mosaic grout powder to mix - sponge - plastic gloves - spoon - ribbon for hanging
Instructions:
1. First you will need to glue a piece of ribbon to the top center of the egg. Use a straight pin to hold it in place if you want. 2. Follow the instructions in this Mosaic Tutorial to complete this project. Glue the top tile right over the ribbon, so that the pin is covered.
