Valentine’s Day or Anniversary Craft Project - Needle Felted Heart Applique

Needle felting can become so addicting. This heart applique is just an example of what you can create with just a bit of red wool and cookie cutters. The heart can be used to decorate all sorts of objects including other felted items. This project is also easy enough for kids over the age of 8 but the parents should supervise the child because the needle is very sharp.

- red wool
- cookie cutter in the shape of a heart
- assorted sized felting needles
- foam mat to protect working surface
