Adhere your torn fiber tissure paper on the ATC. 2. Cut a long piece of fiber yarn and arrange it in a pleasing way on the card. 3. Punch each a red and white jumbo heart out and poke holes along the edge of the red heart. Attach the red heart offset to the white one using a piece of 3-D foam tape. 4. Add a piece of 3-D foam tape to the backside of the white heart and adhere it on the card over holding down the red fiber yarn. 5. Add jewelry glue to the backsides of the glass nuggets and also adhere them to the card securing the yarn as well. 6.
