If your child can use scissors, then this paper craft project is very easy to create within 30 minutes to an hour (depending on how fast your child works). Some supervision is needed when working with the scissors and the poking needle. Otherwise, the shapes are simple to cut out and work with. The structure of the corrugated cardboard gives the decoration a nice touch and dimension.

For this project you will need:
- Green, white and black cardstock
- Red corrugated cardboard
- Scissors and glue
- Poking needle or perforating needle
- Piece of fun foam or a towel to use when poking holes
- A round gold brad
- A hole puncher
- Either a circle punch or use the small circle on the pattern for the spots
- Green thread
