Decopatch paper comes in so many colors and designs and makes it so easy to decorate just about anything. These eggs are an example of what you can create with a small amount of paper.
For this project you will need:
- white plastic Easter eggs or paper mache eggs - thin printed paper in colors of choice - Decopatch glue - paint brush - ribbon to match paper
Instructions:
1. Tear the paper out in different size pieces. 2. Apply decopatch glue to the portion of the egg to be covered and then press the paper into the glue. Now add more glue to the paint brush and “paint” the paper with decopatch glue. This seals the paper and gives it a nice shine afterwards when dry. 3. Overlap this piece with another piece of paper and apply in the same manner. Keep adding more paper until the entire egg is covered. 4. Attach ribbon to the top of the egg and tie a ribbon bow around the loop to decorate.
