Instructions:
1. Measure the height and circumference of the glass. Cut the vellum so that it is about 1-2 centimeters higher than your glass. The length should be longer than the circumference of the glass, so when folded, it will still snugly fit around the glass. The picture below is the paper used for this particular project.
2. Use the border punch to decorate one long side of the paper.
3. Use a ruler and stylus and create 1 centimeter distances along the length of the paper, so it will be easier to fold.
4. Then fan fold the paper.
3. Glue the sides together and use paper clips or clothes-pins to hold the ends together until they have dried. When dry, slip the cover over the glass.
