Gold looks beautiful and sparkly during the holidays and this wreath and its embellishments are created only in this color.
For this project you will need:
- polystyrene wreath in a size of your choice - the one here was 25 cm in diameter - gold netting, about 75 cm wide and 2.50 meters long - gold corrugated card - wet glue - glitter - gold ribbon - hot glue gun
Instructions:
1. First, gather the width of the netting together and hold it in your hand. Gathering it will make it thick and the wreath will not show through. Hot glue one end to the backside of the wreath. 2. Start wrapping the netting around the wreath by overlapping slightly over the previous wrapped area and working your way around the wreath.
3. Once you reach the beginning again, cut the other end if necessary if it is still too long. Hot glue the remaining end to the back side of the wreath. 4. Cut out 4 smaller corrugated stars and 4 slightly larger corrugated stars and glue each smaller star over the larger one. Hot glue these onto the wreath across from each other. 5. Create 4 golden bows and then hot glue these in between the stars.
