Waterless Winter Snowglobe With a Reindeer and Tree

Waterless snowglobes are such fun to create and make lovely Christmas decorations as well as wonderful gifts for friends, family or co-workers. This is an example of how you could decorate such a snowglobe but there are countless ways of how you can fill your own.

For this project you will need:

- large jar with screw on lid
- artificial snow
- wooden reindeer ornament that is not wider than the diameter of the lid
- artificial tree with a height that will fit into the jar and is not wider than the diameter of the lid
- hot glue gun
- bakers twine
- felt red snowflake

Instructions:

1. Remove the lid from the jar and turn it so that the inside of the lid is facing upwards.
2. Hot glue the embellishments to the inside of the lid. Make sure that the width of the embellishments are within the lid’s width so that the jar will close nicely once glued.
3. Sprinkle a little bit of snow in the jar.
4. Then screw the lid onto the jar.
5. Turn the jar over and enjoy the feeling of winter within the jar.>
6. Tie a piece of baker’s twine around the jar. Hot glue the knot to the jar to hold it into place. Then hot glue a felt snowflake over the knot to hide it.
