Instructions:
1. Use the tape to hold the stencil down over the paper bag. The advantage of the tape is that it does not stick permanently and peels away again easily.
2. Collect some paint onto the brush and then wipe most of the excess paint off onto a paper towel so that the paint is not so wet on the brush. Pounce the brush then over the stencil from the top to fill in the cut out areas with color. Repeat until the entire cut out areas are filled.
3. Fold the bag over at the top about 1.5-2 centimeters. Punch two holes centered at the top of the bag, pull ribbon through and tie a bow. Finish off with greenery if desired.
