Cut out 24 pieces of wrapping paper that measure 15 cm high and 32 cm long. 2. Add stick glue to the backsides of the paper and wrap each piece around an envelope. The seam is on the back side. 3. Die cut 24 scallop shapes and punch a hole at the top of each. 4. Use a pencil and trace the numbers 1-24 on the scallops. Afterwards, go over each number with dimensional paint. While the paint is still wet, sprinkle glitter over the paint. Set aside to dry. 5. Punch 2 holes at the top of each envelope. Cut 24 x 20 cm lengths of metallic ribbon. Insert each ribbon from the backside of the envelope through both holes so that the ends are on the front side. Tie the ends together in a knot. 6. Once the scallops are dry, pull the ends of the metallic ribbon through the hole in the scallop and knot off. Curl the ends off if you like.
