Advent Calendar With Glittery Brown Embellishments

This advent calendar is not made using the traditional colors of Christmas but still looks elegant, just the same. To create one of these, change the colors of the embellishments as necessary to compliment your home during the holidays.

For this project you will need:

- plain white gift bags or white paper (depending on the gift)
- die cutting machine of choice (here the Sizzix Big Shot was used)
- Christmas dies of choice (here Sizzix Originals dies were used)
- glittery brown paper
- brown ribbon, glittery brown berry twigs and brown glass ornaments for embellishing the gift
- clear stickers with numbers 1-24
- stick glue
- hot glue

Instructions:

1. Wrap the goodies/ gifts either in white paper or place them in a white gift bag.
2. Die cut a motif for each day and glue it on.
3. Create a ribbon and embellish it with a glass ornament or a glitter twig and hot glue these onto the gift.
