Instructions:
1. Start by covering the top of the ball with glue. Create a circle with the cording and pin it onto the top center of the ball. Add another pin to secure until the glue dries.
2. Continue wrapping the cording tightly around the circle until you reach the other end. Place pins randomly into the cording while you are wrapping to guarantee that the cord stays in place until the glue dries.
3. Once you have finished off the other end, create a simple bow. Use a piece of wire to tie the bow in the center and insert the wire ends into the styrofoam ball. Use a dot on glue on the ends to ensure that they will stay inserted into the ball.
4. Create a spiral hanger to hang ornament onto the tree.
The cord used for this project was created using a knitting mill and yarn already in the stash. You can use bought cord as well.
