Needle Felted Apple for the Teacher

This project is finished with about 15 minutes and can made as a lapel pin or brooch to wear or a string can be attached for hanging on a branch. Either way, this apple will not go bad! It is an old tradition to give an apple to the teacher when school begins again.

For this project you will need:

- red and green wool
- cookie cutter in the shape of an apple
- assorted sized felting needles
- needle felting foam mat or sponge to needle felt the apple
