For this project you will need: - jumbo tea lights - strips of scrapbook   paper measuring   2.25 cm (0.88 inches)   high x 21 cm (8.2   inches) long - double sided adhesive   tape Instructions: 1. Cut out the amount of strips you require. The strip size for the jumbo tea light is listed above in the material list. If you are making small tea lights, then you need to cut strips that measure 1.75 cm x 14 cm. 2. Place double sided adhesive on the back side of the strip and adhere it to the tea light.
