Easy Paper Bag Luminaries

This is a really inexpensive, quick and easy way to create table decorations if you are having a fall celebration.

For this project you will need:

- inexpensive white paper bags
- paper napkin with fall motifs
- decoupage glue
- soft paint brush

This was the napkin used for this project. The best is to use a napkin with a white background and colorful motifs.

How to Make the Luminaries:

1. Tear your paper napkin motifs out. It does not matter that they are exactly torn out. As long as the background of the napkin is white, it will not be seen once glued onto the bag. Otherwise if this is not the case, then cut the motifs exactly out.
2. Then brush each motif onto a bag. For these bags, only 5 motifs were needed.

Once completed, place a candle glass or tea light glass inside the bag and use an electric candle to light it up.
