- white and red cardstock
- Fiskars® Shape Template “Letters 3”
- Fiskars® Shape Boss with cutting mat

Instructions: (Use picture as placement example)

1. Use you shape cutter and templates and cut out the word “NOEL”. Adhere several 3-D foam pads to the backside of each letter.
2. Cut out three 4 x 4.5 centimeter rectangles out of white cardstock.
3. Cut out three 4.5 x 5 centimeter rectangles out of red cardstock.
4. Adhere each of the three white cardstock rectangles on the center of each of the three red cardstock rectangles. Apply 3-D foam pads on the backside of the three red cardstock rectangles.
5. Use double sided adhesive and adhere a felt Christmas figure on each of the 3 rectangles.
6. Now adhere each rectangle and also the word on the card.
7. Cut a small slit on each side of the card (look at the picture for placement). Insert one end of the red fringe yarn through the left hole and the other end through the right hole. Secure the ends on the inside front cover of the card with tape.
8. If desired, punch out a small shape and adhere it to the first and third rectangle as seen in the picture. The punches here were scraps left over from another project.
