Spooky Halloween Door Sign
With orange paper, some paint and Halloween motifs out of black paper, you can change a plain paper maché or wooden sign into a spooky Halloween decoration within minutes.

Supplies Needed to create this sign:
- blank paper maché sign 10 x 20 cm (found at a craft store) or cut your own using wood - orange and black cardstock - black acrylic paint and stiff paint brush (to dry brush the edges) - Sizzix eclips machine - Sizzix eclips cartridge “Halloween and Scaredy Cat Alphabet” (if you do not have the eclips, use as an alternative black Halloween stickers or other Halloween dies) - craft glue

Instructions: (Use the images as inspiration. You may wish to cut out other motifs from the dies as it has so many great ones)
1. First measure the sign and cut a piece of orange card to fit it. Glue it then on. 2. Paint the side edges of the sign black and dry brush the front edges with black paint. This adds a great spooky effect to the sign. 3. Decide the shapes you would like to use from the cartridge and die cut them out on black card using your machine. You may wish to cut out several sizes of each motif and then arrange them in a pleasing way. 4. Arrange and glue the shapes on to the sign.
