Creepy Halloween Bats Artist Trading Card

Bats are often considered scary because of all of the vampire films. But these guys are more interested in capturing moths and other flying insects. Nevertheless, there is something creepy about them and therefore they make great Halloween motifs.

 

 

Creepy Halloween ATC

Supplies Needed:

- plain artist trading card
- black and green paper
- black cardstock
- white fiber paper
- green fiber ribbon
- 5 black sequins
- 5 seed beads
- Cuttlebug Machine
- Cuttlebug cutting and embossing die set with bats and spider
- alphabet paper punches for the word creepy
- stick glue
- black thread for sewing and sewing needle

Instructions:

1. Punch out the word “creepy” and adhere the letters to the right side of the card.
2. Glue a piece of green fiber ribbon to the card.
3. Tear a piece of white fiber paper and adhere it to the card, similar to the way it is done in the picture above.
4. Die cut and emboss 3 bats and adhere them to the card.
5. Stitch 5 sequins and beads to the card.
