This idea shows what you can create using green yarn. For this project you will need: - green yarn - brown corrugated cardboard - red 6mm or 8mm wood beads - craft glue - scissors - sturdy cardboard - circle templates Recommended for ages 10 and above Time Required: Approximately 15 minutes to make + drying time required   Instructions: 1. Follow the instructions here “How to Make a Pom-Pom” to make the crown of the tree. 2. Cut a piece of corrugated cardboard that measures 5 cm x 14 cm. Roll the corrugated cardboard together to look like a tree stump and glue the long end closed. Glue this roll now inside of the pom-pom as close to the center as you can get. Make sure the tree can stand on its own and that the pompom is centered onto the tree stump. Let this dry. 3. Once dry, glue wooden beads randomly onto the tree crown and let the glue dry.
