Instructions:
1. First cut a cardstock square and a same sized square adhesive foil out. Adhere the foil to the cardstock square.
2. Die cut your flower out of this square and remove the protective paper. Now you have a sticky flower shape.
3. Punch a small hole in one of the flower petals.
4. Press the flower into a small bowl filled with micro beads and continue pressing the flower until the entire flower is covered.
This is an example using the same technique. An apple die was substituted for the flower and a scrapbook paper with a reddish design was used.
