Millefiori Artist Trading Card
Millefiori is an Italian word and means thousand flowers. An appropriate name for this artist trading card which is covered in blooms. It also has a retro look because of the colors and combines different elements such as beads, bubbles and brads to add depth.

For this project you will need:
- blank artist trading card - scrap piece of brown textured cardstock - DCVW The Paper Stack “Retro Prints” (pack of 72,12x12” sheets), sheet of pink flowers and brown sheet with pink flowers - Sizzix® Sidekick - Sixxix® Sizzlit “Flower Blossom” - paper punch with flower - small brown brad - clear half bead - self sticking bubble - sewing thread matching pink paper - stick glue - jewel glue - small hole puncher (to punch hole for the brad) - pricking needle and soft underground such as fun foam or cork - double sided adhesive

Instructions:
When adding each new type of paper or paper, lay paper over the card, adhere and trim excess paper away from the edges if necessary. 1. Cover the blank ATC with the pink paper and trim the edges. 2. Tear a piece of the brown and pink flower sheet and glue to the bottom of the card about half-way up. 3. Cut a 2 cm wide piece of brown cardstock and adhere it to the left side of the ATC. 4. Prick holes through both the brown cardstock and ATC card. Prick holes about 5mm apart (about 1/4 inch) along the sides and top and bottom of the brown cardstock piece. 5. Stitch in the holes all away around the brown piece. 6. Punch out small flower. Glue it on the ATC. Punch a hole in the center and insert the brad. 7. Die cut the larger flower using the Sizzix® machine. Remove the center pieces and now glue this flower onto the card. 8. Adhere a round bubble onto the a piece of the pink paper over one of the flowers. Cut around the circle and use double sided adhesive to adhere it to the ATC. 9. Use the jewel glue to adhere the half bead onto the Sizzix® flower.
