Birthday Card - Maritime Bears Card
This card is so cute for someone with a summer birthday or to give just so. The bears are created using 3-D punchouts layered onto the blocks, thus creating a dimensional effect.

Instructions:
1. Cut each whole bear motif out once and cut an additional bear dress and bear top with pants out. On the backsides of the clothing, place many pieces of 3-D foam pieces. Lay aside for the moment. 2. Cut out two 5cm x 6cm (2 inches x 2.4 inches) white pieces of cardstock out. 3. Adhere both white blocks each on beige cardstock and cut each now out with a 0.5 mm border (about 1/5 inch) on all sides. 4. Adhere now the blocks onto navy blue cardstock and cut each out with a 0.25 mm border (about 1/10 inch) on all sides. 5. Adhere a bear on each block. Remove the protective paper of the 3-D foam tape and adhere a second layer of clothing onto the bears. Lay the blocks aside for the moment. 6. Cut a navy blue strip measuring the width of your card and 7 cm (2.8 inches) high. Adhere the strip longways across the card. 7. Cut a small strip of navy blue cardstock large enough to hold your message and stick message on. Add a piece of 3-D foam tape to the backside of the strip. 8. Punch out small fish and seahorse and add small 3-D foam tape pieces on the backside of each. 9. Adhere now the blocks onto the card as seen in the picture and attach the other elements.
