A potholder is an easy fabric craft project that can be completed in one afternoon. The strawberry motif makes this one a perfect decoration for your kitchen in the summer months.
Caution: This potholder is created as a decoration. If you would like to make a potholder to use, use heat resistant batting to prevent injuries and to also protect your table and counter tops.

For this project you will need:
- Two 20 x 20 cm squares of off white cotton fabric
- scrap of red cotton fabric for the strawberries
- green or green printed fabric
- sewing thread in white and red
- quilter’s ruler
- roll cutter
- batting
- standard sewing supplies

Instructions:
1. Print out the strawberry motif.
2. Follow the instructions in the links below to complete this potholder.
3. When finished, the potholder measures 23cm x 23cm (about 9 inches x 9 inches)
Tip:
If you would like to make this potholder for other seasons of the year you can change the colors and center motif.
