1. To make paper beads you need paper, scissors, glue, a pencil, a toothpick and your template. Print out the paper bead template to the size indicated (10.5 cm long x 3 cm wide). Create a permanent template for easier tracing. Use the template and trace triangles on the backside of your paper. For the bracelet you will need 5 or 6 beads depending on the size of your wrist.

2. Cut the triangles out.
3. Place glue on the backside of the first triangle.
4. Place the toothpick at the bottom of the triangle at the widest point on the glue and slowly start wrapping the paper around the toothpick.
5. While wrapping, keep the paper pulled tight and flat on the toothpick. When completed, the bead looks like this.
6. Remove the bead from the toothpick and repeat to make the desired number of beads.
7. Connect the beads with either wire or perlon thread. Brush on a thin layer of glue to give the beads a little shine. You can choose to add a crystal bead between each paper bead if you like.
8. Add a pinch pearl, a crystal bead and and the fastener.
9. Pull all these tightly to the bead and insert the perlon thread or wire again through the pinch pearl. Then use pliers to press the pinch pearl flat together to hold the wire or perlon thread in place. Follow steps 8 and 9 on the other side of the bracelet, too.
