Illustrated Craft Tutorial - How to Create Small Stamps Using Bottle Corks and Fun Foam
Recycle bottle corks and combine with leftover pieces of fun foam to create small stamps. Use punched out paper motifs as your basic shape or create shapes of your own.
1. You have perfect images if you punch out shapes using your paper punch.
2. Once punched out, trace the shape onto fun foam and cut out.
3. Using a strong craft glue, glue the fun foam cut out onto the cork.
4. These are just a possibility of the shapes available.
5. Using pigment stamp pads, dab ink onto your fun foam and press the image firmly onto paper.
6. This is the heart image. Because you are using a pigment ink, you can still choose to use embossing powder over the stamped image and heat set it to raise it. This gives the image a wonderful effect.
