Be Mine Valentine’s Day Ransom Note Card

A Valentine’s Day card in a ransom note style is not only very easy to make, but is really inexpensive as well.

For this project you will need:

- white blank card
- magazines, newspapers, catalogs, ads, etc... to cut out letters from
- stick glue
- scissors
- paper heart punches - if you do not have these, cut out small hearts instead

Craft Pattern: Heart Templates

Instructions:

Use the picture as a placement guide.

1. Look through the selected magazines or such to find large letters that spell out “Be Mine Valentine” or “Be My Valentine”. Cut these out and make sure that the words will then will fit onto the front of the card.
2. Glue the letters on the card to form the words.
3. Punch or cut out hearts from the magazine pages with the appropriate colors and glue these randomly on the card to fill any spaces that look empty.
