1. Create a triangle for tracing out of a cereal box. Cut a 6 centimeter square (a little over 2 inches) and then cut it diagonally so you have a 45° angle triangle.

2. Place the triangle on each of the 4 corners and use a trick marker to mark a line.
|
|
3. This is the line.
|
|
4. Then sew along the line at each of the 4 corners.
|
|
5. Then trim back the seam allowance to reduce bulk.
|
|
6. Now all of the 4 edges are rounded.
|
|
7. Reach into the hole at the bottom of the bag and then through the zipper to grab the exterior fabric through the holes and pull it through. Continue here:

Cosmetic Pouch These pouches are so easy to make and it takes less than an hour to complete one of them. No matter which color you choose, the pouch will look great. Because you only need a small amount of fabric, it is an excellent way to use up some of the scraps in your stash.
