This cheery chap will bring on good spirits during the whole winter. The pieces are large and easy to cut out so even kids can make this project if they like.
For this project you will need:
- white cardboard in the following colors: red, mint green, white, dark yellow, brown and orange - scissors - glue - colored pencils - black marker
1. Print the pattern to fit the full page of your paper and then transfer markings to the appropriately colored cardboard. 2. Cut out parts and assemble. If you wish for this project to look good on both sides, all parts except for the snowman body need to be cut out doubled (the second piece will always be cut out in reverse) 3. Draw the eyes and mouth onto the snowman and use colored pencils to highlight the outlines if you like.
This is the same snowman but using rainbow paper for the details. Rainbow colored paper has the advantage that each snowman figure made using it will look unique.
