Lady Bug on a Four Leaf Clover

A four leaf clover and a lady bug are signs of good luck. This is an easy paper craft for kids to create for themselves or to give someone as a gift to wish good luck.

For this project you will need:

- red and green corrugated cardboard
- black cardstock
- white dimensional paint
- hole puncher
- craft glue
- scissors

Ages 7 and older

Craft Pattern: Lady Bug and Four Leaf Clover Pattern

Instructions:

1. Print out patterns and transfer onto the appropriate cardstock or corrugated cardboards. You will need to trace 4 hearts and 1 of each of the other pieces.
2. Cut all of the pieces.
3. Glue the 4 heart shapes onto the center of the middle piece leaving the stem showing.
4. Cut the red circle in half and glue the two halves onto the black lady bug body.
5. Punch a few dots and glue them on the red wings. Glue the lady bug now on the clover.
6. Draw 2 eyes using dimensional paint.
