Cork Crow

He may not scare any of the crows off but he sure looks cute with his messy hair-do. This project requires a minimal amount of materials and is finished quickly once the paint dries.

Champagne Cork Crow 2

For this project you will need:

- champagne cork
- black acrylic paint and paint brush
- yellow construction paper
- 2 wiggle eyes
- black feathers
- strong craft glue

Recommended Ages: 9 and older

Time required: about 15 minutes once the paint is dry

Instructions:

1. First paint the cork black and let the paint thoroughly dry before continuing.
2. Glue on the wiggle eyes to the top of the cork.
3. Cut a diamond shape out of the paper and fold it in half. This will be the beak. Glue it on the center of the top part of the cork, just below the eyes.
4. Glue 2 feathers on each side of the crow to serve as wings. Now use small feather pieces and glue these to the top of the head and exending them down the sides some.
