Christmas Potpourri Centerpiece

If you just need an easy decoration to add some Christmas feeling to a table, then this project is perfect. It is ready within a couple of minutes and requires no special skills. The potpourri will add a scent of the holidays to your home and the candle, when lit, will add warmth to the cold winter evenings.

For this project you will need:

- dark red square bowl or tray
- bag of potpourri with larger items such as pine cones, nuts, dried apple slices, cinammon sticks, etc...
- dark red candle (optional)

Instructions:

1. Place your candle in the center of the bowl.
2. Open the bag of potpourri and arrange the pieces in an attractive way around the candle.
3. Take some red angel hair and decorate the top of the potpourri with it to pull the whole thing together.

Even without a candle, this tray of potpourri fills the room with Christmas aroma.
