Happy Birthday Gift Tag

The perfect finishing touch for your perfectly decorated birthday present is a gift tag. This tag is easy to decorate and is finished within 20 minutes once you have gathered all of your supplies. You can craft this particular tag or you can use this tag as a basic idea and create your own tag in other color combinations. Experiment with other embellishments as well. If you do not have all of the supplies in the material list, do not let that hold you back. Just think of alternatives that can also be used and you may be please with the results.

For this project you will need:

- yellow colored textured cardstock
- olive green fiber paper
- hole puncher with 3 gold eyelets
- olive green mesh ribbon
- olive green satin ribbon
- olive green scrapbook paper
- craft chalks
- motif punches - flower and circle
- handpuncher with flower motif
- stick glue
- printer with color ink
- foam 3-D tape
- Fiskars tag template or use the template below
- scissors
