Base coat the tray first with paint and let it dry. 2. Cut out the paper napkin motifs or decoupage motifs. If using a paper napkin, remove all but the top layer. Now use the glue and carefully adhere the motifs to the tray in a decorative manner. Carefully brush a coat of glue over the motifs and let them dry. 3.
