Instructions:
1. Paint the letters N and E red and the letters O and L white and let dry.
2. Decorate the red letters by outlining the letters with gold dimensional paint. As long as the paint is still wet, sprinkle glitter onto the paint. Set aside to dry.
3. Wrap the white letters with gold fringe fibers and secure the ends on the backside with a drop of glue. Glue on the stars randomly.
4. Arrange the letters on a shelf or whereever you would like to display them.
