Instructions:
1. Base coat the pot with one or two coats of paint and let it dry completely.
2. Follow these instructions: Paper Napkin Applique Tutorial to apply the paper napkin.
3. Once dry, draw around the snowy rooftops or landscape with the clear glue. You don’t need a lot, just enough to highlight the areas and enough for the glitter to adhere to.
4. While the glue is still wet, shake glitter over the wet lines to cover and then tap off the excess onto to a piece of paper, so it can be refilled into its container. Let the pot then dry completely.
