Tropical Happy Birthday
Who would not be happy to receive such a nice and cheery card for their birthday? You are not limited to the papers used for this particular card. Combine other color combinations and patterns to achieve different looks.

For this project you will need:
- white cardstock measuring 15 x 21 cm and folded into a 15 x 10.5cm card - scrapbook paper from Making Memories® - “Tropical Travel 6 x 6” Embellishment Paper - Sizzix Sidekick - Sizzix Sizzlit® die cut “Butterfly 2” - peel-Off Sticker with Happy Birthday wish - orange permanent sticker pen - green ribbon - stapler - 3-D clear dimensional paint - 3-D foam tape - scissors and ruler

Instructions:
1. First adhere a piece of the flower paper to the top 30% of the card. Then adhere a piece of the green paper to the bottom 70% of the card. 2. Cut out a strip of orange paper that is 1 cm wide and the width of the card. Die cut the butterflies and adhere through the 1 cm wide strip. Use the dimensional clear paint and outline the butterflies. Let it dry. You can increase the drying time by using a hair dryer or placing them in the sun. 3. Adhere the orange strip to cover the seam of the 2 scrapbook papers. 4. Adhere the Happy Birthday peel-off stickers to the orange paper. Cut a rectangle out around the message. Adhere this rectangle now onto green paper and cut out again leaving a 0.25 cm border around the orange paper. Staple a folded piece of green ribbon to the rectangle. Adhere to the card using 3-D foam tape.
