Cut a strip of scrapbook paper that is the same height of the tea light and the circumference plus 2 cm overlap. Cut a strip of double sided adhesive to fit the backside of the scrapbook paper strip and adhere it to the paper. Wrap the paper around the tea light. 2. Place the tea lights in the baggie. 3. Create a white paper topper that is a bit wider than the bag and about 11 cm high. Fold this in half and insert the baggie inside of the topper. Staple in place. 4. Cut a piece of scrapbook paper that is a bit smaller than the topper front and adhere it to the middle of the topper. 5. Now cut a piece of olive cardstock that is a bit smaller than the scrapbook paper. Wrap the left side with a strip of thin ribbon and tape the ends to the backside of the olive cardstock. Adhere this olive cardstock now to the topper using 3-D foam tape. 6. Stamp and emboss “Merry Christmas” onto white cardstock. Cut to fit the right side of the topper without covering the red ribbon on the left side, and adhere with 3-D foam tape. 7.
