Christmas Crafts - Paper Crafts - Christmas Gift Bag with Jumbo Tea Lights
Often we need small inexpensive last minute Christmas gifts and are not sure what to give. If you have tea lights around the home and scrapbook supplies, you can make this quick and easy project.

Christmas Gift Baggie with Jumbo Tea Lights

For this project you will need:

- 2 red (scented if desired) jumbo tea lights
- Christmas scrapbook paper with red design
- white and olive green cardstock
- thin red ribbon
- stapler
- 4 x 6 inch closable baggie
- double sided adhesive tape
- 3-D foam tape

Instructions:

1. Cut a strip of scrapbook paper that is the same height of the tea light and the circumference plus 2 cm overlap. Cut a strip of double sided adhesive to fit the backside of the scrapbook paper strip and adhere it to the paper. Wrap the paper around the tea light.
2. Place the tea lights in the baggie.
3. Create a white paper topper that is a bit wider than the bag and about 11 cm high. Fold this in half and insert the baggie inside of the topper. Staple in place.
4. Cut a piece of scrapbook paper that is a bit smaller than the topper front and adhere it to the middle of the topper.
5. Now cut a piece of olive cardstock that is a bit smaller than the scrapbook paper. Wrap the left side with a strip of thin ribbon and tape the ends to the backside of the olive cardstock. Adhere this olive cardstock now to the topper using 3-D foam tape.
6. Stamp and emboss “Merry Christmas” onto white cardstock. Cut to fit the right side of the topper without covering the red ribbon on the left side, and adhere with 3-D foam tape.
7. Create a bow with more loops and tie to the ribbon strip on the left side of the card.
