Die cut the scrapbook page card out using the Sizzix Big Shot and fold in half. Die cut then 2 bottom row scallops out of the off white cardstock and adhere this to the card. 2. Tie a piece of ribbon around the card and tape the ends to the inside of the card cover. Using a second piece of ribbon, create a bow on the front of the card. 3. Die cut “Happy Birthday” and the flower out. 4. Die cut and emboss the oval using the Nestabilities oval shape. Adhere the flower using 3-D foam tape to the oval. Also adhere 3-D foam tape to the backside of the oval. Chalk the oval edges with green chalk and then adhere it to the card. 5.
