Instructions:
(Use the picture as placement guide for the different elements)
1. First decide how you wish to organize the paint chips, cut them to size if necessary and then adhere them with stick glue to the card.
2. Apply the Happy Birthday peel-off sticker to the center of the card.
3. Arrange the stickers in a pleasing manner to the card.
