It helps to have a die cutting machine but if you do not have one, you can still cut out the outer circles using decorative edged scissors.   For this project you will need: - Spellbinders Nestabilities scallop and circle dies - Double-Do die cutting machine or other machine capable of cutting Spellbinders dies - Sizzix or Cuttlebug embossing folders or embossing plates with Christmas textures such as snowflakes,   ornaments, etc... - fabric with snowmen motifs - fusible web - white cardstock and a second color matching the motif on your fabric - ribbon matching the colored cardstock - 3-D foam tape - double sided adhesive     Instructions: 1. First, fuse your fabric to a piece of white cardstock and cut out the motif exactly. Place 3-D foam tape on the back of the motif. 2. Die cut a white circle and emboss it using your choice of embossing folders or embossing plates. Now die cut a color scallop slightly larger than the circle. Adhere a ribbon loop to the backside of the circle and then adhere the circle to the scallop, sandwiching the ribbon between both. 3. Now stick the snowman onto the circle and your ornament is finished.
