First adhere a torn piece of fiber paper to the card. 2. Make 4 or 5 slits in the crease of the card. Cut a longer piece of fringe yarn. Tape the first end to the inside cover of the card. Come with the end out through the first slit and wrap around front of the card, around to the inside and then out again through the next slit. Continue this until all the slits are filled. 3. Punch out 2 jumbo snowflakes and adhere these to the front of the card. 4. Now punch out 6 small snowflakes and adhere these to the card. Glue a gem on to each of the small snowflakes. 5.
