Greeting Card - Silver Wedding Anniversary Card

Twenty-Five years of marriage is a special occasion to celebrate. This card is elegantly held in silver and white and is very quick and easy to make.

This card would be also perfect for a golden wedding anniversary by changing the organza color to gold and white and the other details such as the peel-off sticker and the number to gold.

Silver Wedding Anniversary Card

For this project you will need:

- white card
- white cardstock matching the card
- patterned organza fabric with silver and white embroidered motifs
- peel-off sticker border of choice
- scalloped circle (this was created using a Spellbinders template
- circle smaller than scallop
- “25” silver numbers “25” - the number here was created using Cuttlebug “Olivia” templates
- stick glue
- 3-D foam tape
- double sided adhesive tape

Instructions:

1. Measure a piece of organza to fit half the card and cut to size. Adhere it using stick glue to the left hand side of the card.
2. Apply a peel-off sticker border to the right side of the organza to give it a nice finish.
3. Adhere a piece of organza using stick glue to a square of white cardstock that is larger than the scallop template. Let the glue dry a couple of minutes. Now die cut a scallop out of this square so that you have an organza covered scallop.
4. Die cut a circle smaller than the scallop. Adhere the number 25 to the circle. Cover the backside of the circle with 3-D foam tape and adhere the circle to the scallop.
5. Place a piece of double-sided adhesive on the backside of the scallop. Now stick the scallop onto the card.
