With just a bit of paint and a paper napkin full of seashells, you can create this decoration within a day. A couple of real shells hanging from the bottle neck give it a finishing touch.   For this project you will need: - clean and empty bottle - beige acrylic paint - paper napkin with seashells such as the one below - paper napkin applique glue or decoupage glue - soft flat paint brushes - approximately 15-20 cm piece piece of soft jute cord or macrame cord - two real shells - hot glue gun     Instructions: 1. First you will base coat the entire bottle with beige acrylic paint and set it aside to dry before continuing. If you feel that the paint did not cover too well, apply a second coat and let it dry. 2. Once your bottle is dry you can adhere the paper napkin motifs. Follow the paper applique applique or decopage tutorial to learn how to apply the paper napkins. 3. Wrap the jute cord a couple of times around the bottle neck and tie a knot to secure. Hot glue seashells to the cord ends.
